Assist the Chairman to collaborate with local universities
Assist Chairman to visit local clients or business partners
Preparing communications and weekly meeting slides
Answering phone calls and complete general admin work
Ensure proper documentation of director’s expenses and claims
Organising and planning meetings
Search for suitable restaurants for Director’s lunch or dinner appts
Preparing any research or travel itinerary that the Director may require
Be resourceful in finding appropriate gifts to work associates
10.Be able to think, prepare and plan ahead for the Director’s schedule
11.Able to cover Chairman's daily life in Singapore
12.Willing and able to handle ad hoc tasks if needed
Job Requirements:
Above 5 year relevant working experiences
Good at interpersonal communications and skillful in coordination
Be familiar with the laws of Singapore.

Bachelor's degree and above, international students and majors in laws highly welcome
