This is a newly renovated 5 room HDB. Toilets, floor, repainted walls are all refurbished to new.

It is accessible to Sengkang Mrt and Punggol that offers many popular outlets such as 24 hours Mcdonalds, 24 hrs Cheers, 24 hrs bubble tea, and 24hrs gym. It is a greenery place and sanctuary. Good for those who want peace and good sleep. There is a connecting bridge of 15 mins walk to Punggol LRT.
